  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside to ensure the bark doesn’t stick.
  2. Melt chocolate: Place the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each to achieve a smooth, melted chocolate.
  3. Spread chocolate base: Spread about two-thirds of the melted chocolate evenly over the parchment paper lined baking sheet to form the base layer.
  4. Add pretzels: Arrange the pretzels evenly over the spread chocolate, pressing them gently so they adhere well.
  5. Melt caramel: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the unwrapped caramels and heavy cream. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring as necessary, until smooth and pourable.
  6. Drizzle caramel: Drizzle the melted caramel evenly over the pretzels on the chocolate layer.
  7. Top with chocolate: Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the caramel and pretzels to form a layered bark.
  8. Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill until the bark is set and firm, approximately 1-2 hours.
