Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups no stir creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/3 cups old fashioned oats (rolled oats)
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Mix ingredients: Add the no stir creamy peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, salt, and mini dark chocolate chips to a mixing bowl. Use a rubber spatula to thoroughly combine the mixture until a uniform batter forms.
- Form balls: Using a mini cookie scoop or a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Aim for roughly 1 inch sized portions.
- Shape balls: Roll each scoop of batter between your hands to form smooth, round balls.
- Chill to set: Place the cookie sheet with the shaped protein balls into the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour or until the balls have hardened and hold their shape.
