4.4 from 735 reviews

This luscious Biscoff Tiramisu combines the creamy richness of mascarpone and whipped cream with the delightful spiced flavor of Biscoff cookie butter and crispy Biscoff cookies soaked in strong coffee. Perfectly layered and dusted with cocoa powder, this no-bake dessert is an easy, elegant treat that requires chilling rather than baking, making it an ideal make-ahead dessert for gatherings or a special indulgence at home.

Ingredients

Scale

Biscoff Cream

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter (use ½ cup for prominent Biscoff flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Assembly

  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 3250 Biscoff cookies (3032 for dessert cups; 4850 for baking dish)
  • 12 tablespoons cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare Biscoff Cream: In a large mixing bowl, whip the chilled heavy whipping cream and sugar with a hand mixer or stand mixer whisk attachment until soft peaks form. Then add mascarpone cheese, Biscoff cookie butter, and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, whipping until smooth, fluffy, and lump-free. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  2. Assemble Biscoff Tiramisu in a Baking Dish: Dip each Biscoff cookie into the strong coffee for 2-3 seconds, flipping to soak both sides, then layer at the bottom of a 9″ x 6″ x 3″ baking dish. Repeat to create two layers of coffee-dipped cookies.
  3. Add Cream Layer: Spread half of the Biscoff cream evenly over the cookie layers using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon, making sure to fill corners and smooth the surface.
  4. Repeat Layers: Dip remaining Biscoff cookies in coffee and layer over the cream layer to form a second cookie layer. Then evenly spread the remaining cream mixture on top.
  5. Finish and Chill: Dust the top with cocoa powder. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld. Garnish with a few Biscoff cookies placed at an angle before serving.
  6. Assemble Individual Biscoff Tiramisu Cups (Optional): For dessert cups, dip Biscoff cookies in coffee for 2-3 seconds and layer at the bottom of 7-oz glasses twice. Transfer the cream to a piping bag or ziplock bag with a small cut and pipe cream evenly over each cookie layer. Dust cocoa powder on top and chill until serving. Garnish with a cookie angled on top.

Notes

  • Use chilled heavy cream for best whipping results.
  • Adjust the amount of Biscoff cookie butter based on your preferred intensity of flavor.
  • Ensure cookies are soaked briefly in coffee to avoid sogginess.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for optimal flavor melding.
  • For easier assembly in cups, piping the cream is recommended for neat layers.
